Pillow details
All pillows are custom made by me! I frequently update my shop with my favorite new prints and pillow combos, and I love custom orders. I’m happy to help with selecting fabrics, or work with your own.
I ship all in stock pillows within 2-3 business days, and I am currently offering FREE shipping on pillow covers. I offer local pick up in Winston-Salem, NC as well.
Pillows are available with or without inserts, so if you have your own to re-use you can just buy the covers! The outdoor inserts are a poly blend, and the indoor inserts are hypoallergenic faux down inserts. The faux down are super full and fluffy and feel similar to the feather pillows, just without the feathers poking you. They are a high end option that will not lose their shape over time. All of my pillow inserts are made in the USA.
If you want to order your own inserts, I recommend Pillowflex inserts which you can purchase as singles on Amazon.
RETURNS
Returns on in stock pillows accepted if initiated within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for trackable return shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please email me for custom orders or with any questions! I have quite a few fabrics in stock, and love creating custom pillows and cushions. I’m happy to mail fabric swatches before creating custom items and can also suggest my favorite fabric stores if you want to supply your own fabric.
I have trade accounts with Thibaut, Schumacher, Palm Orleans and more, and can order gorgeous high end fabrics and trims for your custom pillows. I also have favorite local spots to pick up affordable fabrics, so we can create custom items for a range of budgets.
I charge an site visit fee of $50 if I am coming to you to make a template/measure for cushions. There is no cost for you to drop off and pick up from my studio.
Once measurements and fabrics are confirmed, I will put you on my schedule, and turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
I am generally booking 2-3 months out for cushions.

Custom cushions and pillows are not meant to be cheaper than items purchased in a retail store. Large manufacturers order and sew items in bulk, therefore they can offer lower pricing. Custom made is meant to give you something unique with more options for fabrics and trims, and to accommodate specialty shapes, cut outs and custom sizes. Close attention is paid to all details of a custom project, from serged seams so you will not have your items fray from washing, to perfect pattern matching and design ideas for what will look best in your space.
I ship pillows and inserts, but cushions are available for local pick-up in Winston-Salem, NC only.

I am now offering interior decorating and styling services for local clients. I’m happy to help out with projects of any size, from styling shelves and pulling one room together to a full 2D and 3D design plan.
