A Colorful Game Room And Office Combo!

This design project was so fun, and I love the happy pop of color that we added to the home! We eased into the project with brand new pillows for both living rooms, and then jumped right in!

The first space we tackled was an empty alcove upstairs. It is a small space, but was begging for a pop of color! Let’s look at a the before and afters for this space.

And the progress wallpaper shots and After photos…

The client had these two fun chairs from Hawaii, so we decided to go bold but cozy, but wrapping the nook in navy grasscloth, and added new cushions and pillows to the matching chairs. A pedestal table and lamp completed the space- perfect for a quiet space to sit and read!

Right inside the front door was a light filled room that served as the office, but had so much empty space. The client asked for a fun office/ game room combo that the whole family could use. She used her personal contractor for the coffered ceilings and french doors, and we created the layout and added vibrant soft furnishings to the space. Blues and teals with a pop of hot pink and leather to ground the space.

And the after!

I LOVE all of the fun colors we used in this space! Obviously blue was the base, but we pulled in teals to coordinate with the paintings flanking the window, and a pop of pink. The leather chairs are perfect with the game table, that the homeowner made! SO impressive. We tied in the chairs with a round leather ottoman, perfect with the curved sofa.
